We are now looking for a Front Office staff member for Home Hotel Packhuset in Kalmar who wants to be part of our family.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest with a warm and personal greeting, ensuring their first and last impressions are unforgettable
• Manage the daily operations of the reception, from check-in and check-out to bookings and guest inquiries
• Be the guests' primary contact and offer assistance, recommendations, and anything that contributes to a homely experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests

This is a position that requires working every third weekend (with the possibility of more shifts) and will increase during the summer with start date as agreed. The position includes varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You enjoy creating personal interactions and have a genuine interest in making each guest's stay unique
• You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and approach each day with a positive attitude.
• You work independently and take initiative, while also enjoying being part of a supportive team.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in hotel reception or other customer service roles
• Experience with Mews or other hotel booking systems
